The black pepper
Description
Pepper is marketed in different colors, depending on its degree of ripeness. Green pepper adds freshness and vegetal notes. Black pepper is used on all types of dishes (vegetables, white meats, fish). Red pepper is pungent and intense, with a caramelized, almost candied-fruit fragrance. It goes well with poultry and duck, which are enhanced by its powerful fragrance.
