Description
They have a variable shape, ovoid-flattened and measure approximately 25 mm long, 15 mm wide and 8 mm thick. Fresh, they are slimy because surrounded by a white pulp called mucilage, this is sweet, tangy and made up of 80% water, 15% glucose and 5% pectin. The cocoa seeds are first dried in the sun. FOB :MPT will be responsible for the costs and risks associated with transporting the goods to the port of departure (Antalaha or Tamatave). CIF : This covers the costs associated with transporting the goods to the agreed port of destination. The letter of credit offers security to both parties in the commercial transaction.
