The bird's beak pepper (Pili Pili)
The pili-pili pepper is an extremely spicy variety of pepper native to Africa, notably Angola, Mozambique and other parts of East and Southern Africa. It is also known as the "bird pepper" because of its pointed shape and intense heat. These small red chillies are widely used in African cuisine to bring intense heat and pungent flavour to dishes. They are usually eaten fresh, dried or powdered. FOB : MPT will be responsible for the costs and risks associated with transporting the goods to the port of departure (Antalaha or Tamatave). CIF : This covers the costs associated with transporting the goods to the agreed port of destination. The letter of credit offers security to both parties in the commercial transaction.
